This coffee capsule filling machine is specially designed for coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder, etc.), such as Nespresso, Lavazza, K-Cup, ifill cup, coffee pod,dolce gusto capsule, etc. Our coffee capsule filling machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the powder contact parts are made of stainless steel SUS304. PLC touch screen control with English and Chinese languages. We can customize it according to your samples and requirements.

Capsule loading--Coffee powder filling--Coffee pressing--Hopper mixing--Capsule edge cleaning--Nitrogen flushing--Foil loading--First sealing--Second sealing--Sealed capsule pushing
2. k cup coffee capsule:

Semi-automatic model process flow:

Manual filling: Manual fill coffee powder and compacting coffee powder tight.
Manual put cup: Manual put filled capsules into the mould, total 4 holes in one mould.
Press "Start": Press "Start" button on the control plate.
Sealing: Automatic loading mould right under the sealing unit, then sealing.
Manual take out of the finished capsules: Manual take out the finished capsules from the mould.
